Its a sandwich shop...
Not too much to say about this one. Was my first job at 17 and it was cool and all that but there's only so much culture you can build around making sandwiches

Horrible place to work
One of the part owners steal from the company to feed into his drug and Gambling habit and when they start noticing it he quick blames it on his other employees who have dedicated all of their time Into his business to end up with nothing in the end

You are judged maygorly on your personality rather than performance
When I first started here more than half the crew was quitting and leaving to find different jobs mainly because of management. There are rarely opportunities to grow and improve at you're job and most likely will not be offered any sort of raise or chances at gaining responsibility. You are hired souly based on your personality, meaning that if they do not like who you are as a person it will be a lot harder to get the hours or respect that you need from a work environment. yourpersonabunderstandable to avoid

Very friendly environment
I have worked here for around 6 months and it is a very friendly flexible work environment. Management is very good at training and making sure everyone is taken care of.

New Employees
Jimmy John's is an amazing working environment but the new employees that we get are sometimes not trying or dont care about the job. It makes it harder on us employees who know what were doing and are running the head of the line. Because we have to train the new employees while also having to satisfy customers within a certain time period.
