Company is good but they provide less salary and increment. There is also a 24*7 working condition with less amount of holidays which is not good for employee.

Good company for freshers not for experience people

Pros: Good work-life balance on-time salary Work environment same as any start-up outdoor stadium for all sport Cons: ->Minimal salary hikes..this year no salary hikes(engineering dept.) ->Hr management is one of the worst here ->Juniors get paid more than seniors (as recruited from tier 1-2 college) and even you are from a tier 1 college they won't match your salary to the juniors. ->Forget about any outdoor events or party here you have to work till last year they provide some reimbursement this year cancelled it too.

I work in reliance jio as a console officer and according to me it's a very good company for peoples those are working in this . They give salary on time and the atmosphere of company is good. Jio brings digital revolution in India telecom market . Its has good campus and funloving enviornment

Friendly work place

I had a great experience working in jio family also learned lots of working strategy with senior and juniors, travel all the unknown area of Nagaland and get to learn new things. Thanks to Jio family.

Worst Management

They have no specific work culture however they shout too much about it. Sale is everything they mean to do at any cost. Even Service Teams are forced to make atleast one sale within every 2 days ( that makes 15 sales in a month), however no Engineer does meet that requirement, they get pressurised everyday. Sales are made by both salesmen + service team, service is for service team only. Additionally salary deductions without reason. I am gonna get my 1st salary after 60 days, woow! Amazing. These guys are ruining the faith and the image as well as the meaning of the company name "Reliance "

I would suggest people not to join Jio its one of the worst company i worked with it's a typical proprietary firm No work culture designations are just for the sake.

Recreation Activity happened every month

As per the Core HR directions Engagement activity is going on every month with the help of training module and Games but only few peoples are participated. Good to change the mind and release the stress once in a month

It is a great environment to work at. Very fast paced and also feels like working for a big corporation and a startup at the same time. People are very competitive and extremely professional.

Stressful job , no employment service

i feel that there is no employment service also management is too poor, i recommend that if you join in lower position the you are doing big mistake. i am working here from last 4 year but i didn't get enough salary. also increment process it so bad.
