Stressful and busy

Work is fast paced, always busy with phones ringing constantly, never have time to take a break or lunch, always having to fight with sales department for loads since they would rather brokers move the loads instead of their own asset trucks, con workers are cool

Don’t waste your time

They have no freight of their own. Fleet management and sales are very toxic. You are lucky to bring home $600 a week. Retention and turn over are so bad.

This place was great the first year and a half but after multiple safety management changes and fatalities with in just this year no customer want us to hall thier products so work is scarce and all you get is excuses plus it's hard to get a hold of the dispatcher or load planners to get loaded then if you break down like 3 or 4 in the morning you have to wait on the side of the road for at least...

Very unorganized

JLE isn't a bad company and honestly most ppl there mean well. However, it is obvious that they grew too fast and upper management is blind to this. This is probably the most unorganized and dysfunctional company I have ever been a part of.
