Driver in Ashburn, VA

Not terrible at all. You can make decent money here. They buy new trucks often - equipment is good. They pay pretty well. Don't really have much else to say - it's reliable and plenty of work to go around.

The management is awesome here. As a driver without a radio to communicate clearly with heavy equipment operators and other drivers, lots of guesswork and confusion which leads to fundamental loss of efficiency and operational progress. Short tempers with equipment operators and quick tempers with other drivers as well. The pay isn't great but it is better than high physical labor intensive jobs. Injure yourself at any point of any given day whether at work or not and you MUST GET A DOCTOR'S NOTE in order to return to work. And YES this includes at your own home and anytime you're injured off duty or not. That doctors note was the deciding factor as well as the rate of pay which forced me to look for employment elsewhere.

I really enjoy working here at JLE. JLE is by far the BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED. Its very deverse with many people from different walks of life. I enjoy interacting with the drivers and my fellow team mates here at the terminal. The owner and managers here are truly the best. Everyone is treated as one big family with one goal in mind and that is making sure the PFT's have the resources to do their job safely and effectively. I truly could not say there is one better place to be as a office place or as a Professional Flat Bed Talent. No other company cares for their drivers like we do.
Lease Operator in Dunbar, PA

Great over all experiences. Percentage pay is a little lower than I’d like to see but it’s still over all a great company to work for. They get you home when you want for as long as you want. Great equipment and great people to talk to on the phone. Occasionally hard to get ahold of someone but you can basically dispatch yourself anyway. So unless something is wrong you never have a need to speak with anyone.
Truck Driver in Richmond, VA

Good equipment. They keep me moving. I can run here and they have the freight. I am paid well and like the people. My truck is a newer truck and I'm happy with it all.
