The first time I was considered for a position, I went through seven interviews, both over the phone and in-person. And after being told that I would get a final answer on the same day as the last interview, I actually didn't find out that I didn't get the job until about four days later. I turned down another job offer because I was sure this one would work out. However, after finding employment somewhere else, JLL reached out three months in to my new job. I went through three more interviews and was hesitant to to accept the offer, but I followed the larger salary. Looking back, the extra money wasn't worth it.
