Ready to work
I dread the thought
Not a fan. If you like never knowing what to expect or what policy is going to be changed from day to day. You might like it. Upper management is not in tune with what is happening on the floor and the client I work for is unrealistic.
Dred the thought , work in the most hostile personal facility ever, bus track's on my back, heart attach in progress , 20 +yrs experience in manufacturing and automation R&D and made to feel inept, position hiarchy doesn't mean you know more and deligate only one solutions to a problem. If you can think fast and outside of the box this isn't the place for you.
I hated going to work everyday at my last account. The environment was very toxic and cutthroat. So much unneeded stress was put on the grunts as management did not back their employees. Management also liked creating rumors to put fear of losing job in the back of your mind. So happy I left!!!
Always on edge, preparing and expecting difficult situations and preforming damage control. Try hard to support coworkers in a work environment full of confusion and obstacles.

Boring to say the least. Poor leadership. Your hard work is not recognized.
