Annoyingly long process, must provide more information then they need & the process takes extremely to long. If you're not extremely serious about working there don't even waste your time.

The HR is very efficient . If you are being considered and moving forward a third party company does a background . From then its YES or NO for consideration. If YES then it will depend how fast the on site staff you interviewed with expedites the process to HR to get you on board and of course if you need to provide any documentation including professional licenses for your situation. It typically takes 1-2 months I believe to be hired direct.
JLL hires from temp agencies. Depending on performance, attendance and how fast you learn the job.
