My interview went well, professional and open. Left with positive impression that I was a good fit for the position and that JLL was satisfied that I was a candidate to fill their needs. I was lead to believe that an email would follow up the interview, maintaining and preserving mutual communication until a decision was made. I suggest that interviews should include follow up communication information as a professional courtesy.

The HR is very efficient . If you are being considered and moving forward a third party company does a background . From then its YES or NO for consideration. If YES then it will depend how fast the on site staff you interviewed with expedites the process to HR to get you on board and of course if you need to provide any documentation including professional licenses for your situation. It typically takes 1-2 months I believe to be hired direct.
