The most useful review selected by IndeedThere are plenty of companies that talk about their values but fail to deliver on them. At JLS, I see people living out the company values on a daily basis. I genuinely believe that my managers care about my work and growth. It is a high feedback environment, so I always know what I am doing right and what I can do to improve. My co-workers are really nice people, I mean seriously, nice people.The owner of the company has created something special and I am grateful to be a part of the team.

Garbage company

All the mangers and even the Ceo is giving up on this company and it shows, the workers don't even want to be there anymore JLS TARDING CO simply isnt a fun working enviroment anymore and i would not recommend applying you'd be better off at amazon 100%

I loved each and every bit of being a team JLS Trading Co. The management is super great, no serious formalities (Sir, Madam, Mr, Mrs), the CEO is a great mentor, and always gives clear instructions. Lots of great learning tools and courses available for free.Just loads of fun working at JLS.

The company values its employees and their happiness. It has a great work culture and promotes work-life balance. It has tons of opportunities for learning and growth. The management values feedback and suggestions.What I love the most is that I work remotely and with flexible hours.

Great company culture, rewards high performers

The company culture here is unparalleled. It is everything its careers page says it is. Management makes its company values extremely clear, starting with treating people really well and ending with having a ton of fun. They don't tolerate any low performers, or any jerks here, and are extremely protective of having a positive culture. As a result, I can confidently say that everyone I've worked with at the company has a base level of competence and sincerity.

JLS is a great place to work. I am working remotely but I never felt out of place or I have been working alone. I have supportive teammates and a CEO with who you can easily speak. Everybody has been very appreciative and supportive and at the same time, they also wanted the best for you. No issues, no dramas, and no nasty co-workers. ;)As a VA, most of the time you are only assigned to one or two specific tasks, that is not the case with JLS. You get to work in different areas of the company as long as you are willing to cross-train and interested to learn. Really great for personal and career development.

I love how the company truly values its employees. Your efforts do not go to waste and are recognized. Your voice is heard. I truly believe that happy employees equate to productive employees, and this is the current culture here in JLS. For me, this is one of the best companies I've worked for.I get to learn a lot of things, and I still am continuously learning new things from the tasks assigned to me. You will never feel overloaded. This company gives you the privilege to have that work and life balance.

Fast growing company with lots of opportunities

This is by far one of the best companies I've worked with since they care about their people and it's really easy to get promoted if you are good at your work.People here are also very smart and motivated, and they put a huge emphasis on work-life balance. :)

Awesome company culture

From the way they write their job ads, to the onboarding and doing the actual work, this company radiates positivity and respect.
The CEO, along with the rest of the team, is very supportive and fair. They're quick to encourage and appreciate while at the same time, being open to giving/receiving constructive feedback when needed.
I work remotely and have a flexible schedule.
There are tons of opportunities to grow here. Aside from the good pay, the new skills you'll learn from cross-trainings are priceless value additions to one's personal development.

A great place to work, with great coworkers.

I have been with his company for about 5 months now and so far I love it.
The owner is a really cool and understanding. He values his employees feed back and treating everyone fairly.
What made me apply for this company is first the work flexibility and of course the pay, but reading the company values not only the owner expects from his self but for everybody in the company. I was hired as processors, bu that won't be the only thing you'll be doing.
Which is great because you are able to be cross trained in new areas .

Excellent Place to Do Challenging Work w/High Freedom

I've worked at JLS Trading Co for over 5 years now and I intend to stay as long as I can.
We're working on hard problems in an emerging industry (e-commerce).
We have constant opportunities for innovation and personal development. We're given tons of freedom to try new things and to build out our operating systems.
Our management team is incredibly reasonable and open-minded, willing to challenge you as well as be challenged themselves.
It's amazing to work in a place where everybody is constantly striving to be the best in their role and at the top of our industry worldwide.
But it's also a very fun and happy place to work. We've got a great sense of humor and have a lot of good times and happy memories.
JLS has a straightforward no-BS policy and at the end of the day, we care about our company's happiness and about constantly improving every system to become the best system on the planet.
I've learned so much in my time here and my skills have developed to the point where I'm part of the cutting edge of e-commerce and it's just been amazing.
