Speed the trucks up to 70 mph this would help with faster delivery and pickup. Monitor the new dispatchers more closely, because dispatching shorter runs causes the driver low pay, because the new dispatchers don't clearly understand how to accurately schedule loads, JNJ should organize training for new dispatchers that don't have experience. Dispatchers and load planners need to schedule your pick up and deliveries without so much sitting time between loads. Dispatchers and load planners need to also schedule better pick up and delivery times better around the drivers ten hour breaks. That will help to alleviate a lot of relaying. Good Drivers do not like to sit, they want to run efficiently and consistently. Especially since the drivers now have to enter their PTA and ETA,

One thing, i would make it where the dispatchers and load planners got paid a percentage of the miles the trucks ran. this would encourage better miles, longer miles and less sitting time. (if they sit you, they would be hurting their own checks).
