  • Increase wages, make the wages competitive. offer benefits for part timers. drop the coupons.

  • Come pick up a shift, work a week of minimum wage pay when you cut our hours. come pick up a shift with people who can't read the coupons or sales.

  • Pick up a shift. If you're not working a store floor once a month you don't deserve to be upper management.

  • RAISE THE PAY!!! It's ridiculous to give people under 20 hours a week at 8 an hour. Why don't you try living off of that?

  • Care about your employees and pay them a fair wage. Give them hours.

  • Come work here one day when we have only 2 or 3 people on the floor. We are the only fabric store within several hundred miles... and we are ALWAYS slammed. work in a sweat shop because our air is broken . come in when you give us the wrong signs. come in and work for minimum wage. come see what we deal with.

  • CEO , engage your employees, get out of your cozy office and go to the stores and work side by side with the people that make your job possible. Get paid ,$8 an hour to do what they do, encounter the ladies that get upset because they couldn't use their coupons.

  • Hey CEO, come visit us. See what you have done. Staying open during COVID was an awful mistake. Every day it is like black friday. and yet you still cut our hours? we have been achieving above average sales yet you won't give us more STAFF??? angry customers every day because of this.

  • Make sure that your HR department and managers follow labor laws in each state. Do a better job of background checks on District Managers - one was overheard saying they lied on their resume and this is their first DM gig - and the lower level employees can see that.

  • Maybe come in the store when you decide to cut payroll during a busy sale and see what workers go through every day. maybe give us more people on the floor instead of one cashier and one cut counter and no stocker . raise the pay. i just saw that target was doing $15 an hour.
