  • Pay a living wage. Have steadier hours. Offer Full time for those who deserve it. and have more staff in the store. actually listen to your employees when theres a problem instead of skirting it, and have clear signage, less coupons, and have store policies written

  • Pay a living wage!! Start caring about the dedication of long term employees! Make it a job that doesnt require a second income!

  • Listing different salaries for cashier, team member, etc. when we are all expected to cross train and do everything. Also, we are told that we must cut costs and keep the AC costs low, we are SWEATING... we are told it is because corporate says to keep the cost down... seriously, we are sweating in front of customers as we talk with them... standing still, stocking ribbon, light work... dripping

  • Pay a living wage!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stop Cutting HOURS, and GIVE US MORE STAFF

  • Raise the hourly wage. Corporate promised employees that worked through COVID that the Premium Pay would be made into a permanent raise. However, a month into the new year the premium pay disappeared and there was no raise in sight. We found out a few months later that the managers got to keep their raises. It was only the Team Members that didn't receive the raise that had been promised.

  • Maybe not make the person waiting on orientation wait a whole hour with no communication about what was going on? Maybe treat people like their time is valuable and worth it?
    Try harder and do better

  • Give us a living wage maybe? stop working us to the bone? give us more employees to work ?? you can't staff a store on a busy sale day like a SATURDAY with only 3 PEOPLE.

  • Raise the pay, hire more people. stop depending on 3 people a shift.

  • Give us some morale boosters instead of relying on us to bust our butts on a 3 person crew on a weekend

  • Stop cutting our hours. stop with the sales and coupons
