Yes, usually only in the mornings, we do a lot of our stocking on Saturday and Sunday, we also rotate fabrics on the weekends... we get a lot of customers also on the weekends so shifts seem to fly, I enjoy the work and the hours, just wish we could make more money

They don't hire seasonally any more, but the hours depend on seasons. In down season you might get 15-20hrs, but during winter/fall you might get 25-35+

Pay your employees a living wage. Stop trying to please the shareholders at the expense of the sales associates. Increase the available hours for freight crews to be able to keep up with the holiday shipments and still have adequate daytime floor coverage. Stop having large PoG scheduled for the busiest parts of the year.
