I honestly think it varies from store to store. I've heard some bad things about other locations, but mine overall is great including both coworkers and management.

Bad management that doesnt know how to schedule. When I received the call saying I got the job, i was told to come in on the following monday, i did and was then told by lower management that i was supposed to come in the day before, which was fine i figured it was a simple miscommunication. A few days pass and i am penciled onto the schedule to come in at 6am, i do and there are no managers in the store and there wont be until 7am, so i go home and call in later to let them know what happened and management doesnt seem to care. Another week passes and i have car issues and am unable to come into work, i let the manager know this and she says its okay to come in the next day. The next day comes and i am stocking items when my shift is about over and one of the managers states over the radio for me to see her in the office and i am greeted with both managers and a form saying that my attendance is bad and that if it doesnt improve i will be terminated. I quit immediately after. Both managers know that aside from the day i missed due to car issues the days i missed were entirely there fault yet they sat there blaming me for their miscommunication and bad scheduling.
