You are constantly working so this is not a relaxing or easy job. Don't recommend working here because the company cares very little about its actual employees. However you may be hired easily because of the high turnover.
Pros
coworkers
Cons
low wages, very busy, and lots of work

The work environment at Joann's is a bit chaotic. They like to cut payroll a lot. So job stability is shaky. They do not give their employees adequate training time.
