If you are by the weld booths, hot and dirty, especially during the summer. Always a shift battle. Trust no one. Mandatory 10 hour days and Saturdays when not necessary Thanks to 💩 supervisors. High stress. Again trust no one.

From my understanding they do hair follicles testing as well as urine testing unless you live in Iowa. According to Iowa law they can only drug test you orally, or by urine. It is illegal to do hair follicle testing in Iowa, and blood testing can only be done if a major accident happens at work. Best to avoid drugs all together if you want a job a John Deere
