The entire hiring process took me almost 5 months as a welder. There was 2 face to face interviews, a hair follicle drug test, and a weld test.

We had to take a computer test first. If we passed we got an interview. There was two interviews back to back.They wanted to know about your previous work experience and safety stuff.
