If you are by the weld booths, hot and dirty, especially during the summer. Always a shift battle. Trust no one. Mandatory 10 hour days and Saturdays when not necessary Thanks to 💩 supervisors. High stress. Again trust no one.

Co workers were friendly, management was great, everyone worked hard and handled there responsibilities in a timely manor and expected the same of everyone else the shop was very hot and uncomfortable in the summer months with no A/C big metal fans were used but not effective
