Management is wishywashy, no room for growth

Had one of the worse experiences, getting hired on as a "customer service rep". It was a greeter position, lowest of the low. Not only did they not respect any of the greeters, but management never stepped in on conflict within the sales department. Greeters were to stand outside in all weather conditions including 115 degree weather and rainy days. Management was unorganized, they promise you better positions but never follow through. Don't waste your time.
