Once, a 2% raise on yearly anniversary. Administration was always sure to let you know you were very replaceable. The Medical Centers (Walnut Creek and Concord facilities) were completely renovated to look like a Beverly Hills Hospital. The Behavioral Health Center looked like a 1980’s County Hospital. We were constantly reminded that we were costing the organization money and constantly in the “red”. Employees moral was not taken into consideration by anyone in Administration.
