Favoritism was played when it came to any and everything.
The other staff will make you feel stupid/incompetent if you do anything different than the norm.
You'd catch managers and utility workers constantly gossiping and talking about other employees.
ProsFree breakfast on on weekdays after the guests leave
ConsNot even close to enough pay. Rude coworkers and managers.
