Productive workplace with a typical daily routine.

I enjoyed my two years spent at Johnny O's Spudnuts. It was the best first job I could have asked for. The management was great and I was able to learn a lot about dealing with people and the basic ins and outs of small businesses. The day to day at Johnny O's is pretty routine, we would make and sell donuts, coffee and iced drinks. I typically worked the night shift so we would clean at the end of the shift as well, following the same schedule every day. Overall my experience was overwhelmingly positive.

Great environment, management, and staff.

Cons

Routine day to day.

Productive and learning workplace

Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee) - Farmington, NM - March 1, 2017

Typical day starts at 5 am where I would go in and prepare the coffee machines called in orders from the previous day and stock the show case. The rest of the day was fulfilling customer orders, making sure the lobby was clean, and filling the showcase when needed. My managers were super fun and helpful when it came to learning the workplace. The hardest part of the job was learning what to do since I started when the establishment first opened. It was fun though because it brought all of my coworkers and I closer.

Excellent

I've worked for people who work for the CEO, and at Spudnuts, the bosses and owners are there each and every day to make sure that everything and everyone is okay. Absolutely a fantastic company to work for.

Pros

Free lunches, great bosses, great coworkers

Cons

No room for moving up, minimum wage
