I found out two weeks ago that faculty do not pay for parking. You mean to tell me that physicians are parking for free, but that administration staff have to pay almost $100 a month to park? We’re already making less than everyone else!
Leadership has to get onboard with enforcing work from home opportunities. I love working for Hopkins, but the pay isn’t nearly where it should be. Most people leave because they’re unpaid, and having to drag themselves into work everyday can be costly. It’s also often unnecessary (at least in my role). If I were in charge I’d encourage low level and mid level supervisors to implement work from home plans for their direct reports. Most companies already offer telecommute days.
Do what’s best for the lab and staff, not my ego which is the current attitude in pathology. A satisfied staff is a productive staff.
Change how promoting is delegated and firmly displine favoritism ... where managers blatantly promote on friendships established among staff .. that should be against policies
I️ would make sure my staff was happy by having a weekly mtg to discuss problems etc
I just want the opportunity to work for John Hopkins I don't understand why they won't call me back I don't have a criminal record do you need me to pass a hundred test as I can do that too
Offer equal opportunities for potential and capable professionals to advance there full potential for the benefit of their societies and nations..especially as regards to the sdgs..
Let people spend time together more outside of the teaching day, so that we can de stress and enjoy one another.

I would have a 3rd person to help with injections, while I was mixing allergy serums and keeping every solution up to date
