My daughter works there, NO sick time or personal leave unless you're salary.... River road plant is on a 7 day rotation (1 weekend off a month) and the other plant on Dutch road is on 12 hour shift. If you call off or be late within the first 150 working days (your probation period) you can/will be walked out!! After the 150 working days theres a point system 10 points = termination it take 90 days with no occurrences (including 1 min late) and a half point will fall off

I would not consider a job opportunity with Industrial Insulation Group. About 1% of the job is retained. Check out the history because the company is unable to retain their management more than 4 months. It's a but place to work for. Sorry, but this is the truth. This was when I left. It may have change now. I don't know.

Management is relatively new but working hard on improving the plant. Not sure what salary positions are paid, but hourly production pays well.
