QUIT keeping contractors for 2 months ALSO let people transfer job positions if they want to, on top of that LET your employees know that contractors DO matter too, also let New labels be printed out INSTEAD of rummaging through trash cans.
Hire more FTE's and not so many temps....after 2 years your assignment is done and they they have to start all over with another temp
Improve dreary environment Music and get rid of slackers
