What advice would you give the CEO of Johnson Brothers Liquor Co about how to improve it?
There needs to be better communication, bonuses (not just for sales and management) and employee recognition.
Reward your hard workers. Perks for showing up on cold/hot days when a lot of people call in.
More personal accountability when others aren’t doing their job.
We work hard and all we get is an email thanking us.
This is the first company worked for that doesn’t give regular raises or Holiday bonuses!
Pay the warehouse & drivers better, train them throughly and we would better candidates/co-workers and less turnover.
15 hour days for drivers. You will be away from your family because they have unreliable trucks and you get stranded at least once a month in the winter months.
Johnson Brothers has a great future. They are a major national liquor wholesaler, and they just keep growing! They are one of the few family owned distributors left.
Nobody knows who they are. But if they do then it can be embarrassing. They don't have the best reputation.
