There needs to be better communication, bonuses (not just for sales and management) and employee recognition.
Reward your hard workers. Perks for showing up on cold/hot days when a lot of people call in.
More personal accountability when others aren’t doing their job.
We work hard and all we get is an email thanking us.
This is the first company worked for that doesn’t give regular raises or Holiday bonuses!
Pay the warehouse & drivers better, train them throughly and we would better candidates/co-workers and less turnover.
You can’t ask an employee to be away from their family nights and weekends and expect to be happy with a 1 percent increase a year for 5 years! Really - that’s insane! A total insult.
