Account Coordinator/Customer Service in Johnson City, TN
on June 17, 2020
I work as a customer service rep, the job is 6 days a week/full time. The pay is very low and there are no opportunities for raises or advancement. This is good job for someone who has other income or no desire to 'climb the ladder'. Management is GOOD, though sometimes priorities are off-balance, but that is expected for most companies. The environment is good, everyone is friendly and caring about co-workers. The job is easy to do.
Former carrier in Johnson City, TN

Being a carrier is difficult enough seven days a week with no days off. However, better hope you do not get sick or have car trouble. Management will treat you like dirt, threatening you with owing money or loosing your job if you have to miss any at all. The job is awful on your car and after gas prices you don't really make enough to work seven days a week. I would not recommend this job to anyone.

Good part time job. Hours are semi-flexible but you have a certain time you have to have to be done per day. The pay could be a little more for what you do.

Dead end city. The Johnson City depressed. Horrible management and low pay. No raises. No loyalty. Sense of entitlement to older employees. Overall bad environment.
