How can you expect your employees to run the business with little to no management in place? You need to focus on getting the right people in the management positions if you want to succeed in Louisville. If not, it will continue the same spiral downward that its been in for the past 5 years.
Tell me about your schooling?
why do you want to work at Johnson Controls?
Why do you want this job?
Are you okay with travel? (To and from jobs)
What do you know about us?
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Johnson Controls? What are the steps along the way?
I believe it varies. Perhaps on the field and their urgency. It took me about 3 months from recruiter contact to confirmation of the start date.
Horrible. Was told could get a day shift after training and then after training that wasn't an option until at least 90 days of employment.
Please it is a humble request, if you do hire someone, make sure you train them properly, making that one new employee sit with different old employees who are performing the same task but in a different way, makes it difficult for the new employees to understand and keep track on what they have learned from the previous person. They need to put their hands on to the keyboard, learn! And learn doesn't come with only 2 or 3 months, it takes years for people to learn, they make mistakes but correct them. There were employees sitting in JC for more than 10 years, that's how they grew in that company as well, not on the judgement of work progress from past 2 or 3 months while they were new in the company
Might seem nuts but is ther a wrong answer if they ask about (weakness or wat u like about old job when ur at the interview. More or less wat are they expected to hear from us.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Johnson Controls a better place to work?
Don't hire people that only keep you around if you make them look good. And dont let good workers get fired because they have decided you don't fit in because you don't kiss there rear end.
Johnson Controls is a company concerned with the environment and the use of sustainable energy.
I feel very proud to work at Johnson Controls,
