Identity Crisis
Written by Private Banker (Former Employee) from Racine, WI on October 6, 2018
JFG is a great place to start your career in banking. Culture is has some "kool aid" to drink but all banks do. It seems to want to make the jump to compete with other regional banks but is still trying to find an identity. You can't be all things to all consumers. That uncertainty permeates to employees.
ProsHighly respected institution in Racine, large market share, family values
ConsIndentity crisis with who they want to serve, long time employees are a protected class and will not change easily
