Desktop Support Technician (Former Employee) –  Racine, WIJuly 30, 2018
I supported multiple locations with a wide range of technologies. I learned a great deal about supporting desktop support and how to manage my time over multiple projects.

Antiquated work environment and culture that maintains traditional work environment.
Vice President-Senior Client Advisor (Former Employee) –  Milwaukee, WIJune 10, 2018
Johnson is a very male-focused environment. No affinity groups and very traditional work environment. The culture is extremely sales based with a limited focus on service.
Pros
Enjoyed my Co-workers
Cons
Poor Management. Management does little to support and encourage producers.

My experience here was very negative. Producers taking advantage of their account managers. Management no supporting the account managers. Work load was unrealistic.

Regional PC Support Technician (Current Employee) –  Racine, WIOctober 10, 2017
Several individuals are good to work with/learn from. Like every place there are some bad apples. They are easy to pick out. My time with Johnson has been beneficial for developing my skill set.

Branch Manager (Former Employee) –  Appleton, WIOctober 8, 2017
This financial institute has definitely changed in the last 5 years. The overall culture, vision, value and integrity statement they make is not what they practice. This bank has become a numbers only driven employer.

Relationship Banker (Former Employee) –  Milwaukee, WIJune 22, 2016
When the former M&I leadership team joined Johnson Financial Group, the culture changed. The false promises they made to former M&I staff that were fleeing BMO were never fulfilled. There is no longer a work/life balance. The sole focus is to make their loan number goals to make the bank look good to future investors. They are no longer focused on doing what is ethically right for the client.

A lot of experienced talent has been forced out of the company.

Client Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZMay 1, 2013
General filing of loan documents, business and personal profiles for retail, commercial and mortgage, Manage large dollar transactions

Not your typical banking center, customer come in and are welcome to have a sit at each station instead of the walk ups. Customers have the option to email and or fax request so downfall to this is there is some down time.
