We have poor management and a lot favoritism in the lab

The first year is terrible. It was not explained to us in a way that is understandable. The benefits meeting advised us by the end of the first year we would have had 3 weeks. However, they didn't explain that you only get 1 week the first year and then the following year you get 2 weeks

Not very good, more very into a clique setting and if yoi dont fit its a wrap, jmh cant grow in several ways if the higher bee's in nursing management above the whole hospital cannot be respectful instead of being feared then jmh cannot grow because of these people

I like working in hospitals due to the vast differences in every moment, they can be a great learning curve but you need the right hospital. JMH is more or less for a phlebotomist nearing the end of their career as it is extremely slow paced.

Only 3 days a week, sometimes 4 but they are 12hr shifts usually
