If asked would tell peopIe I worked there, I believe the facility is essential for the area. Sad that management doesnt understand the financial gains they would see if they updated the software, decrease paper, increased productivity, had checks and balances for coding, check for errors by computer rather than humans which would increase bottom line. Without improved training RN's can easily be replaced by more trained RN's in area.
