SALES ASSOCIATE (Former Employee) –  Rockwall, TXMay 21, 2019
Very relaxed and straight forward. If you know how to talk to people and make yourself personable to your clients, its a breeze. And during prom season, wedding season, and the holiday season, the money makes itself.
Pros
Mellow work environment
Cons
Customer service

The pay scale is not good. This is a commission based position.
Assistant Store Manager (Former Employee) –  Springfield, PAJuly 21, 2019
The best thing about working at Jos.A Bank is you will meet some interesting people. Staff and customers. They will train you. If the business is slow your pay will be small. Not a good living wage.
