Develop an attractive reputation with prospects and comfort existing families through learning experiences focused on veterans, dementia care, volunteers, etc. I presently conduct training as well as provide talks to seniors and their families in long term care organizations in the north west suburbs.

More staff, less management sitting around thinking up childish games and activities to justify their jobs instead of hiring actual field working clinicians to service the patients. A CEO, COO and countless others that do what exactly?? They need a complete overhaul if they ever want to be the great hospice they keep saying they are!!!

More staff...I know we are busy recruiting... I see the open positions and have received bonus for referring people but we could do with more nurses.
