One of the worst companies I worked for, very in welcoming and lack of training and direction.

The morale is very bad. Lots of expectations but not realistic, very money driven, folks being brought into hospice completely inappropriate. They do not treat professionals as such. Management is too top heavy. They treat everyone like children, it's a very insulting environment. It's unfortunate as many if not all of the clinicians are very good at what they do, but they are being burnt out by such a money driven, punitive culture. I could not recommend it for work or for services. Look elsewhere, they are living on their past reputation.

Team is like family to me. I am impressed with the compassion of the CEO and her team..she is new and seems t really get what we do. I have seen her cry at staff meetings when we tell stories about what we do.
