How did you get your first interview at Journeys?

Applied online and got a call for an interview the next day, showed up and the manager took me aside and had a one on one meeting with me asking questions such as strengths, weaknesses, availability, what you would do in certain situations, what you're like. Overall very casual and the whole interview took about 10 minutes and said they would get back via phone call.
