You might get fooled by a place with a friendly college environment, generous PTO ( policy changed from unlimited PTO to 20 days accrued a year), and free snack s– the only thing they do to motivate you.

This is a startup that keeps trying to invest on what works. The problem is they hire an employee and let him/her go a few months later with no - more... legitimate reason.
