Turnover is because employees good employees are not valued or respected treated like a subhuman imagine how patients feel they are treated!!!!

Best place to work. Hardly any turnover. But if you're not willing to work, then yes they will let you go. Just do your job!

Jps wants the employee to totally give all yet management will fire for any reason they can possibly think of in a heartbeat. No management support and employee know it and feel it!

High acuity with the patients . Sometimes depending on the unit the management can seem a little overly pressuring .
