Poor Management and Office Operations

In terms of the job itself it isn't bad it's your typical Offshore Platform with daily routine operations and on some days there are other things to do which isn't difficult to do and isn't hard for me to pick up if it's something new.

I haven't been with this company for to long but they basically life to have employees working for them for free, - more ... I say this because the never pay on time ant there is always an issue with payments every time it's the same thing.

The hardest part of the job is working so hard for 21 days to come home to no pay!

The most enjoyable part I would say is mee ... - less
ProsFree Breakfast, lunch, dinner, transportation and accommodation.
