The TLV managers left PDX at the end of Summer in 2018 which was a very bad idea for this company. PDX was not ready and there was no leadership. Unfortunately the PDX still is without a leader.

The TLV and PDX offices do not like each other, tension is high. Probably because PDX makes $7 more for the same job but TLV calls the shots.

This company prides themselves on the best customer service but they constantly have scheduling issues and server errors which allows tickets to not be reviewed for days.
Some of these tickets are sexual harassment cases which should be reviewed immediately.
