Jupiter Medical Center Urgent Care to be more specific would be a great place to work IF the Management team was more reliable, consistent, and honest. The direct management team is a group of friends (and its highly flaunted around the office and on various social media streams 7/2018) It's distasteful and inexcusable. The hardest part of working here is when there is an issue or something needs to be addressed or corrected the entire team feels defeated and burned out. I do not understand how it has remained for so long. They are untrained and not a good resource. It's very hard to keep track of anyone from management at least two times a week it's hard to locate or contact them., They are very unprofessional and rude. Favoritism. HIGH turnover rate. Employees do not feel appreciated or understood. Seniority is not valued, you're only valued if it benefits them for the moment. No prior management training.

At the end, it became very clicky
