Positive and provides the ability to be creative in approach. Management is there for support and allows flexibility to meet the families where they are. Ability to ask questions of anyone all the way up to the president of the company.
The environment is not the best. The clients generally live in unsafe areas and if they cannot meet till later in the day, your out there in the dark, alone. The clients seem to be welcoming because they understood you were there to help them keep their kids. The hours were difficult, most nights I didn't get home till 9:30pm
The environment is very stressful. There is no support from staff or management. The director micromanages and hounds workers.

Decent. No issue as it relates to micromanaging.
