The most enjoyable part of the job was helping the customers and selling the homes. If it wasn't for management I would still be there. I was selling but decided that it was not a healthy place to continue working. So I resigned.

Visit divisions more often. Give anonymous surveys to employees or have HR come talk to employees in division with a high employee turn over. If sales people are the foundation of the company and there is a high turnover. A CEO should think... people don't leave jobs they leave managers. What is going on there?
