Very fast pace. Time management skills are a must and you definitely have to be a self starter. Have to be able to deal with every personality type there is. Must be able to deal with and resolve conflicts. about 85% of the homeowners are great. 12% are difficult.
3% are impossible. Working with the different Trades, about the same. Management, they are very performance and quality driven and at the same time when I was there, they were awesome. Some of best people I have ever worked for and with. They were good about giving you "Atta boys" for a job well done. The most rewarding thing about the job is getting the 100% satisfaction score from the homeowner survey. The hardest part of the job is scheduling and rescheduling. Have to coordinate times and dates with the homeowners and trades. Have to deal with a lot of "No Shows" and "Cancellations." Also being on call 24/7 for a week at a time every 4-5 weeks.
Good benifits, no micro managing if you do your job.. Good people.
H.S.R. is a very stressful posisition.
