If upper management doesn’t like you then forget it. They are not student centered at all youhave people in upper management positions who are only looking out for themselves and how they can further their agendas. Supporting students and their needs is not even one of their top 10 priorities.

Lack of professionalism. Redirect to questions - finding people with answers. As a contractor you’re paid based on # of students,, if not a lot of students your not being paid much so chasing answers burns time and you are not paid enough to chase. To be honest as a seasoned professional in brick and mortar holding district level positions i felt like i was treated like a teenager working a fast food restaurant. Little respect received as a contractor.
