Not the best Place to work
The workplace environment can be negative at times and there is not enough communication with management. I’ve worked at other similar barista jobs before and they were all much better.

Easy to learn to make drinks
Simple to learn the drinks and use the equipment with the press of a button. Culture and management is very respectful; pretty good pay plus the coworkers are pretty chill for the most part as well.

A very nice work environment with amazing tips
Flexible work schedule as long as you are consistent with the time/hours you pick and for the most part customers in the shop are very nice and they tip well so take-home money is very good. nice to work for a small business that will take care of you much better than my previous Starbucks job.

Not a good place to work at due to mistreatment, low pay, and rude owners.
There’s no benefits for a full time worker, for the area it’s located you’re paid below minimum wage, the owners are nice one day and appreciate you and say all nice things, then next thing you know they’re complaining and talking down on you like you’re dumb or below them. You don’t get paid on time and have to wait long periods on end. They don’t inform you verbally or written when the checks come in. Honestly, the only thing good working here was the former co-workers and some of the kind customers. Without their support, I would’ve quit sooner. The owner gives away free things to customers and lets the customers get away with anything, but you get the back end and hear complaints why the business is “failing.” They cut your schedule and don’t inform you in advance. They overwork you and try to make it seem they’re doing you a favor by hiring you. Also, your job could get threatened multiple times. Don’t recommend it, don’t do it. Save your time, energy, and mental state. This job and the owners ain’t it.
