If financially challenged they do have a program to assist those in need. Either through Medicaid/Medical type assistance or though a grant program that Kaiser itself provides.

The one thing is if you go to the center and don't have your payment for your medical you can ask for them to bill you. That helps when you are going through financial issues as we all do from time to time.
