It really depends on the department you are working for. If you're working inpatient, then you could be working any time/any day as it is running 24/7. If you work in outpatient, then that is roughly a 8-5 Mon-Fri job (unless you work urgent care). Pharmacy is open all different hours. Then there are the regional office jobs or non-patient care depts which are also 8-5 Mon-Fri.

Depends on the department. ACC/Urgent Care is open 24/7. Outpatient clinics (internal med, podiatry, derm, urology, etc) anywhere from 7a-7p or 8-5p.

I would be scheduled 8 hours a day but very often asked to stay over and work 12 to 16 hour shifts or come in early and work 12 to 16 hour shifts.
