Very, very busy workplace Always guaranteed lunch breaks OT kept to a minimum Excellent nursing staff... very high expectations of RN's, and CA's Management very on top of staff and their duties Easily approachable for any questions or concerns Short staffed at times ( like any organization ) Team work was a a huge part of the structure Management cross-trained RN's which was good for staffing and reducing boredom in the workplace Good on line training for learning new products and procedures Excellent benefits and PTO

Unit Secretary (Former Employee) – Largo, MD – July 28, 2018
Worked there for over twenty years.the first 8 to 10 year's were o.k. but as Time went by it got worse and The staff and management changed for the worse.some of the nurses were not eager at their job and management had very little concern what was going on in The Dept..I hated working there most of The time because it was not a good environment and it was always a mass of confusion.little communication and poor management skills were The blame.felt badly for The patients because The treatment some got was very poor.i don't advise Kaiser for older patients.poor service, lack of concern and very expensive.if I had my choice to work for them again I would not work as long as i did.if I had to rate Kaiser from 1to 5 I would give then a 2.2 in all areas.not the best place to work or health care..
Admitting Rep (Former Employee) – Santa Teresa, CA – July 27, 2018
Kaiser was a great experience! Made lifelong friends. Had the chance to work in many departments, to participate in a unit based team dealing with workplace and safety issues. I took great pride in the way we handled the admitting process, constantly improving the patient experience.

One of the best places for a Nurse to work in California
Outpatient Clinic Nurse (Former Employee) – Martinez, CA – July 26, 2018
High standards, great work place and benefits. Really large company with lots of locations and opportunities. Too many ethnic managers though who tend to only hire their own kind Filipinos (sorry but it's true.)
Customer Care Representative (Former Employee) – Falls Church, VA – July 26, 2018
Its a good healthcare job if you work in the medical office. But if you work in the call center then its not a good environment. 2 10 min breaks 30 min lunch is not how you take care of your employees.
