I left because there was no room for advancement and the pay I was receiving wasn't equal to the amount of work I was doing
Only if I became injured outside of work and needed a leave of absents till I could return
I did leave Kalahari and the reason was because of there was no benefits or discounts and the pay wasn't all the well either
