Many of the IT Managers we meet express frustration that they were hired to innovate but are too busy "keeping the lights on"​ that they are left with little or no time to devote to IT projects that could fundamentally transform their business. This is where Kalleo steps in. We have found that by reallocating time-consuming yet necessary network maintenance tasks from the company’s internal IT team to ours, those individuals are given the time needed to leverage the knowledge they possess about their industry to research, develop, and implement custom solutions to transform the way IT is used by their organization. The result is an improvement in the alignment between the organization’s business goals and technology resources.

Kalleo also provides support for clients who lack internal IT support entirely. Those clients hire Kalleo as their Chief Information Officer. In this role, Kalleo resolves the frustration of system downtime by performing the daily maintenance tasks required to keep the organization’s systems running optimally. We invest the time necessary to learn about the organization, including its strengths, weaknesses, business processes, and short and long-term objectives. We facilitate brainstorming sessions to assist in goal and strategy development. Then, we develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns the implementation of new technology to those goals.
